The design responds to the corner site with all front doors facing Victoria Dr. The project aims to maximize the number of units that can fit within the height limit (four residential levels). The lower two floors contain two storey townhouses. The top units are two storey units, accessed via the sidewalk , with access to rooftop gardens. Landscape treatment includes semi-private patios with three trees proposed, rooftop gardens with perimeter planters, and select fencing and hedges to delineate the project.
